1 Definitions

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on pc88 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met are transferable to your withdrawable balance.
• pc88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome, or using automated software — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pc88 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting pages:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once pc88 issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid regardless of displayed odds.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

15 Suspension & Termination

pc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

Upon termination for cause, pc88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance, free bets, and winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.
